KICK BUTT essential oil blend really KICKS one's urge to smoke right in the butt!! I rub in 4 or 5 sprays on my upper chest, a little on the outer ears and a spray on each foot. I do this usually twice a day. To REALLY kick an immediate urge, a paper tissue sprayed 2 or 3 times and held to the nose puts the user in aromatic bliss!! KICK BUTT, used in concert with acupuncture and Chinese herbs (Tangkuei & Bupleurum) has made my "cold turkey" smoking secession a much easier task than I ever thought possible.
